Refund Policy  

- Returns are only accepted if the piece is received damaged, and a clear unboxing video of the bag must be sent within 24 hours of delivery to raise a return request.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds to the original payment method may take 10–15 working days after approval.
- Refunds for COD returns may take 7–15 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
- For Partial COD orders, the online advance payment is mandatory and non-refundable.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than verified product damage.
