Payments

The customer / user must pay for the purchases by his / her own credit / debit card or online e-payment account including internet banking account. The responsibility and liability towards use of the credit / debit card or online e-payment account including internet banking account is of the customer / user and Amree India will not be liable for any online e-payment fraud.

Cancellations

After an order is placed, the same may be cancelled by the customer provided the product has not been shipped / put out for delivery. Cancellation after dispatch of the products for delivery is not possible.

Upon cancellation, the price paid will be refunded after deducting processing charges. Any tax implications, arising out of the cancellation, will be to the account of the customer.

Product

Specifications / Natural Characteristics / Variations / Wear and Tear

Leather weathers and leather products weather differently based on the type of leather used. Marks and Chips on leather products occur and are part of wear and tear. Your use of our products also affects the aging of our products. Proper care by the customer help in making the product last longer.

Leather and fabric are natural products and may contain veins, cuts, ridges and small marks. These are not classified as defects.

Our leather, fabric and hardware go through the process of time and gets oxidized. With use the materials may pick up natural blemishes. The place and manner of use of our products by the customer influences these aspects.

Abrasions may fade away the foil in the embossing. Without foil or deep embossing is less affected by abrasions. Fading due to abrasions is not classified as defects.

Taxes: If you purchase any Products via this website or otherwise from Amree India, you will be responsible for paying GST or any applicable taxes on such sale / purchase transactions.
