Shipping Policy  

- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.  
- Standard delivery within India takes 5-10 business days.  
- Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Return Policy  

Orders cannot be canceled once they are successfully placed, as our fulfillment process begins promptly to ensure timely delivery.

If the status of your order appears as “delivered” but the package has not reached you, kindly notify us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to raise a claim with our delivery partners once this window has passed, so prompt communication will help us resolve your issue efficiently.

Please note: Eligible returns are accepted only with a live open-box video recorded at the time of opening the package. This video must clearly show the parcel from all sides before unboxing, as well as the unboxing process itself.

Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.  
- Refunds to the original payment method typically take 10-15 working days after acceptance.  
- Refunds for COD returns may take 7-15 working days from receipt of the returned product.
